Homemade Veg Pizza

Instead of ordering pizza, have you ever tried making pizza at home? Just give it  a try.  It’s very easy to prepare this dish with most of the ingredients available at home except pizza base and pizza sauce/spread.

The regular toppings are onion, tomato and capsicum. But you can try toppings of any other vegetables available at home such as mushrooms or sweet corns. You can prepare this dish for weekend parties with friends or family.

Preparation Time – 20 mins

Cook Time – 40 mins

Total Time –  1 hour

Ingredients:
• 6 readymade Pizza base
• 1 bowl boiled Sweet Corn cob
• 2 finely chopped Onion
• 2 finely chopped Tomato
• 2 finely chopped Capcicum
• 200 mg Cheese
• ½ bowl Pizza sauce
• Cheesy garlic bread mix (Optional)

Serves: 3-4 persons

Directions / Procedure :

1. First chopped the Onion, Tomato and Capsicum in very small pieces and keep aside.
2. Simultaneously boil sweet corn and keep aside.
3. Take readymade pizza base in a plate or wooden board and spread the pizza sauce evenly on pizza base.
4. Then spread the chopped vegetable like onion, tomato, capsicum and corn cob on the it.
5. Sprinkle cheesy garlic bread mix on it.
6. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly on the top of pizza base.
7. Now bake the pizza in microwave for about 5 mins OR bake it on a gas by using non-stick pan.
8. Here is your Homemade Veg Pizza ready now.
