Bagged third prize in Modakutsav 2019

I feel happy to share that I have bagged third prize in Modakutsav 2019 competition organised by Subhedarwada Katta and Inner Wheel Club of Kalyan. It was a Modak making competition with more than 100+ participants from Kalyan, Mumbai, Nashik and Pune.

My recipe of Vegetable Modaks prepared using 21 vegetables was nutritious and delicious too. This was my first experience of participating in the Modak making competition with so many participants.

It was a different experience and enjoyed a lot in participating along with my friend Bharti Mali and Mrs. Bendale from my housing society. In fact, Bharti and my hubby Sachin encouraged me to participate in this competition. Thanks to both of them.

A Big Thanks to Subhedarwada Katta and Inner Wheel Club team for organising such a big event and encouraging women to showcase their culinary talent.
